Griffith Central Shopping Centre has appointed First Asset Management as its new managing agent, marking a positive step forward in reinforcing the Centre’s role as an everyday shopping destination for the Griffith community.
The appointment reflects a clear focus on strong day‑to‑day centre management, thoughtful leasing, and maintaining a shopping environment that supports local families, businesses and regular customers.
First Asset Management, a specialist retail property management firm, will lead centre management operations alongside a strategic leasing program designed to strengthen the retail mix and support long‑term sustainability for both tenants and the broader community.
Angelo Efstathis, Managing Director at First Asset Management, said the priority is to build confidence and consistency by focusing on what matters most to locals.
